What’s important for clients to know about working with you?

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You can change your mind. You can feel excited and scared at the same time. I’ll meet you exactly where you are and walk with you through it.

Steady, calm, present 

How do you help keep the room grounded when emotions run high?

By regulating myself first. Calm energy is contagious. I slow things down, lower my voice, and help everyone refocus on what matters most in that moment. We release and reset - A KTD signature. 

What’s your go-to move when someone starts doubting themselves?

I reflect their strength back to them by naming what they’ve already done, how their body is showing up for them, and gently reminding them of their “why” when things feel heavy.

What makes you different from other doulas?

I support clients’ decisions as if they were my own — without bias or judgment. I deeply respect that every preference is shaped by lived experience and personal values, and my role is to fully support what  they want while helping them feel confident and grounded in their choices.

What fills your cup outside of birth work?

Outside of birth work my family fills my cup- having my children is what initially brought me to this work and life with my 3 babes and my husband is what really keeps me going and my heart filled. 

I really cherish the simple moments of getting to watch them grow, being outdoors, spending time with friends and just admiring  this place we get to call home.
