Doula School
January–May 2026 • all virtual Wednesdays 10–11am MT
Meet Doula School: Class of 2026—
a 5-month group mentorship experience designed to launch you into confident, sustainable, deeply impactful doula work.
This is not just a training. It’s a guided experience through the entire client journey—consult to postpartum—supported by community, anchored by expert-led education, and infused with the KTD ethos of skill, presence, and grounded advocacy.
Whether you're brand new or stepping back into birth work with fresh intention, this mentorship gives you structure, business foundations, practice, and the confidence to serve families well.
The program is intentionally structured to walk you through the entire client journey. The goal is for you to be actively supporting a client before your May graduation.
Welcome to the class of 2026
By the end of Doula School, you will confidently understand how to:
Structure and run your doula business with clarity, sustainability, and systems that prevent burnout.
Guide clients through prenatal education, mindset, and preparation that actually impacts outcomes.
Advocate skillfully and collaboratively in all birth environments—low-intervention, high-intervention, or anything in between.
Support physiological labor with evidence-based tools, intuition, and an ability to “read” the room and the birthing body.
Stay grounded in complex situations like inductions, epidurals, surgical births, and unexpected change.
Provide full-spectrum postpartum support, from lactation triage to birth processing, rest planning, and family systems.

Kylee (the Doula😉)
Kylee is the heart and backbone of this program—a seasoned doula known for strong advocacy, grounded presence, and an ability to teach with equal parts humor, depth, and clarity. Through KTD + Co, she has supported families across Colorado with a uniquely approachable blend of intuition, evidence-based care, and strategy.
Kylee has mentored doulas for years, and Doula School is the culmination of her frameworks, systems, and philosophy around sustainable, excellent birth work. She believes doulas should feel supported, not alone; confident, not overwhelmed; prepared, not guessing. And she’s in your corner every step of the way.

FAQs
Is there a cap on enrollment?
Yes. To maintain intimacy and access to Kylee, space is limited and I anticipate it filling quickly. Prospective doulas have been ASKING for this and there’s nothing else like it out there! a dozen doulas would be our max 🤎
What’s the time commitment?
Approximately 1–2 hours outside of class: light assignments for building your business, case study, and occasional content audits (where I look at YOUR content and help you out!) Everything is designed to be supportive and equipping, not overwhelming.
What if I can’t attend all the live sessions?
All sessions are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. Live attendance is encouraged but absolutely not mandatory.
Is this a certification program?
Doula School is a mentorship- based training program, not a certification. Most hospitals do not require certification. I WILL answer all your certification questions though, because I know you have them!

What is the Course format?
Doula School is designed to be fully online. In-person skill labs and Birthdaze are an available option for local doulas but virtual options of both those things will be presented as well.
What’s different about doula school?
Depth, mentorship, advocacy skills, trauma-informed frameworks, business development, and the real-time support you receive from Kylee and your cohort. It’s not a weekend—you grow consistently for five months.

Due to the nature of a live, limited-space mentorship program, all sales are final and no refunds are offered.
