    • In person initial consultation + planning session

    • 40 hours of care, tailored to your family

      • 5 daytime shifts (4 hours each)

      • 2 overnight shifts (10 hours each)

    • Daytime support may include: infant feeding guidance, soothing and newborn care, sibling support, light household help, and time for parents to truly rest.

    • Overnight support may include: newborn care throughout the night so parents can sleep, assistance with feeding and/or pumping, and a gentle household reset to start your morning with ease.

  • The total investment for the postpartum support package is $1800

    • A 50% retainer ($900) is collected when you sign your contract—this secures your doula and reserves your on-call window with both your primary and backup doula.

    • The remaining 50% ($900) is due halfway through your contracted care.
