Postpartum doula support

    • In person initial consultation + planning session

    • Daytime support may include: infant feeding guidance, soothing and newborn care, sibling support, light household help, and time for parents to truly rest. Includes sanity checks and reminding you to eat a snack.

    • Overnight support may include: newborn care throughout the night so parents can sleep, assistance with feeding and/or pumping, and a gentle household reset to start your morning with ease. Includes shock factor that someone else can indeed keep this ship afloat for 10 hours.

  • Pricing varies on your needs. Are we talking one baby or two? Help while the sun is still shining or doula after dark?

    • Singleton $45-$55/hour

    • Twins $55-$65/hour

  • Allison is a proud mom of three amazing kids, ages 27 to 11, and brings over 25 years of experience caring for young families and their little ones. She volunteers as a NICU “cuddler” at the local Fort Collins hospital, offering comfort and connection to the tiniest patients.

    As a certified full-spectrum doula and certifying lactation counselor through IDI, Allison is passionate about walking alongside families through every stage of their journey. She also holds Infant CPR certification, ensuring families feel safe, supported, and cared for in her presence.
