Postpartum doula support
-
In person initial consultation + planning session
40 hours of care, tailored to your family
5 daytime shifts (4 hours each)
2 overnight shifts (10 hours each)
Daytime support may include: infant feeding guidance, soothing and newborn care, sibling support, light household help, and time for parents to truly rest.
Overnight support may include: newborn care throughout the night so parents can sleep, assistance with feeding and/or pumping, and a gentle household reset to start your morning with ease.
-
The total investment for the postpartum support package is $1800
A 50% retainer ($900) is collected when you sign your contract—this secures your doula and reserves your on-call window with both your primary and backup doula.
The remaining 50% ($900) is due halfway through your contracted care.

Postpartum Support Group
Second and Fourth Thursday of every month
9:30-10:30am at 1000 Centre Ave, Suite 150, Fort Collins, CO
This location is Ashley’s office! We meet out on the patio in the sunshine ☀️
Mamas, papas, and babies - all are welcome
Facilitated by Ashley Ward (therapist) and Kylee (the doula)
From Ashley: “Ok y’all. I am so excited for this—it is a dream come true in a million ways. Everything I love about my work is colliding here; collaboration, community, support, connection, education, and hopefully a whole lot of laughter and tears.
I believe with my whole heart that we are not meant to do any part of life alone—and yet somehow, that’s often how we are left to do motherhood.
So come join me and @kyleethedoula for a postpartum support group. Bring your babies and your wins and your challenges, your whole self is welcome here. Come see us.”
